We want you to love your purchase from Beyond Cuffs, so if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of product delivery. Returns should be packaged per the instructions provided below, and should be prepaid, insured, and shipped using the shipping provider of your choice to:

Customers who wish to return or exchange a product for reasons other than packaging errors or damaged products will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Beyond Cuffs processes refunds within ten business days. Ideally, reimbursement will be processed via your original payment method less the original shipping charges, which are non-refundable. To be eligible for a full refund, we must receive the product within 30 days of the date of delivery, and you must follow the guidelines as set forth below. If you choose to exchange your product for an item that differs in value from the original purchase, the difference will be charged or refunded before shipping the new product.
You may return unwanted items, in original condition, within 30 days from product delivery for credit or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is a result of our error or damaged product, Beyond Cuffs will provide return postage and a full refund or will gladly exchange your purchase for another product.
All items eligible for return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items section below to ensure the item(s) you purchased are eligible for return or exchange. If you are under the impression that you received something incorrect (style or color) or defective, please notify us within ten days of receipt by completing the “Contact Us” form. We want you to love your new products, so please never hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.

We understand that changes may occur, and we'll do our best to accommodate in those situations. All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor, and the shipping process begins immediately.
The following cancellation policy applies to all transactions:
- You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after placing the order as long as the order has not shipped.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy procedure.
- The cancellation is treated as a return with all applicable fees.
- Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed applicable fees which may include restocking, cancellation and other fees that may be relevant to the transaction.
